Howard Woodrum

I became aware of dementia when my Dad was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia in 2015. Since then, my Mom and I have learned a lot about the disease, and how best to cope with the ups and downs it creates in the family. I started this website as a way to share my experiences and to help other people who are on this difficult journey. Disclaimer: I am not a medical doctor. My views on this website are not to be viewed as personal medical advice but rather for the purpose of general knowledge and to share my experiences. You are strongly advised to speak to your own physician for medical advice before acting on any of the recommendations on this website.
